These are soft, shiny, stretch patent PU. They cling like saran wrap. And the price was right as well.

I love the shiny white look. There is a thin film on the bottom that can make them slippery make sure all that is removed after removing there are no longer slippery on hardwood floors. I have feet that are a little wide with that said these were very comfortable. :)

The shoe itself fits perfectly but trying to get the rest of it on is kind of hard. It’s a touch tight around the thigh. And it can be a little hard to get off. I didn’t have mine on for long and my legs were sweating with in about five minutes of them being on. My tip would be use some baby powder when you put the boots on so they slid on and off a little easier.
These boots look awesome. You will want to add some traction to the bottom though, as they are slippery.
